Introduction January 21st 2015

My name is Brandon, I'm a Junior majoring in English with a minor in Women and Gender Studies at Rhode Island College. In addition to WGS 356, I'm Interning at the Day One center in Providence, beginning my honor's thesis, and filling a Gen Ed requirement. My honor's thesis takes a queer-ecocritical look at Transcendentalist works and examines the relationship of drug use and user as the individual's way of relating to nature during a time when industrialism began to flourish. In my free time I like to play guitar in my band, and take naps.
